Project Details

NorthPoint Construction Management was tasked to design and build a new pavilion to complement the existing space. Open pavilion overlooking the golf course that can be enclosed with rolling shutters to create a formal space. The polished concrete floors encase a vast network of in-slab radiant heat tubing, and interior infra-red heaters. With comfort and elegance in mind, the space contains finishes such as a stone fireplace and chandelier lighting.
