This 120,000 sf building shell was constructed with the intent to house future tenants in the warehouse distribution / R&D market sector. The work required demolition of two existing buildings that totaled 110,000 sf. The new structure encompasses an additional 10,000 sf to create a massive open space for future tenant fit-ups and features expansive 32'-0" clear height for any anticipated equipment or operational needs. Completion was scheduled for October 2023 and the project was completed on schedule and under budget.
