Project Details

The Law Family Companies, Inc. partnered with NorthPoint to deliver a design-build, ground-up construction project across two prominent retail properties on Amherst Street in Nashua, NH.
The first site, located at 350 Amherst Street, was formerly occupied by several businesses, including Grand Buffet and KT Cleaners. During the challenging New England winter months, the existing structures were demolished to make way for a new 15,100-square-foot multi-tenant retail building. The development features lease-ready retail space and welcomes two exciting new dining destinations to the area: Cava and Evviva Trattoria.

Following the successful completion of 350 Amherst Street, construction began at the neighboring property, 340 Amherst Street, previously home to the iconic Leda Lanes and Keglers Den. Similar in scope, the project includes a single-story shell building designed to accommodate five future tenants. Today, the building is complete and ready for tenant fit-up, marking another major milestone in the redevelopment of this highly visible corridor.

NorthPoint is proud to partner on projects that transform underutilized properties, revitalize local landmarks, and contribute to the continued growth and economic development of the Nashua community.

This project presented unique challenges, as access to unit decks was restricted to the rear and exterior of the building only. NorthPoint’s framing subcontractor worked diligently to complete the project efficiently and on schedule. All decks were refinished with new framing, decking, and railings, with all work performed via lift—without entering any of the units. NorthPoint’s management team also did an excellent job ensuring the site remained clean and that the project was completed in a timely manner to meet all deadlines.
