Previously the Amoskaeg Bank Headquarters, the apartments at 875 Elm Street incorporate the original 1912 historic structure, while offering 91 new apartment units and high-end fitness and lounge areas. This project also houses commercial tenants at the ground floor and a private resident patio, making it one of NorthPoint’s largest mixed-use projects.  All units were designed around the historic bank structure, resulting in 41 unique unit foorplans. The 10-story tower presented typical construction challenges of material delivery, utilization of heavy equipment, crane coordination, and supervision of countless moving parts to see this project through to completion.
