NorthPoint worked with Advanced Family Dentistry to develop a ground-up dental clinic to expand their business and build an interior to suit their specific needs. This project included major site work to prep the land for the proposed building due to a required basement for storage. Coordination of plumbing and electrical requirements ensured that specialized dental and medical equipment had all necessary provisions for current and future equipment installs. Specific work included custom millwork throughout, particularly in the Lab and Sterilization Room to accommodate built-in equipment. This building includes an adjacent Tenant space for a future retail business.
