This was a renovation to an auto dealership that was mandated to receive specifc fnishes to update the facility. The project included an addition to the Parts and Service Department as well as updating the existing space. The Showroom renovation (and addition) was comprised of high quality metal and energy efcient glazing systems. A Service Drive-Thru was implemented to capitalize on increasing customer service. NorthPoint worked diligently with the Client and dealer to satisfy the requirements of both while having very little impact on business hours. The dealership remained open throughout the entire construction process. NorthPoint removed the front facade from the existing structure to construct the modern, glazed facade seen above. While the rest of the existing structure remains, it is wrapped by new construction to establish entries for the showroom, parts and service departments, and the service drive-thru. This project is an example of integrating new construction with an existing facility.
