NorthPoint Construction Management was challenged with simultaneously constructing both the interior fit-up and the exterior site work with Amazon and Carlisle Capital. Due to new Covid-19 protocols, the initial interior layout had to be redesigned to accommodate the staff safely. This 100,000 sq. ft fulfillment center took only 14 weeks to complete from start to finish. In preparation for future tenants, NorthPoint raised the existing roof structure an additional 20′-0″ higher with synchronized hydraulic jacks separated into two phases; one 50,000 sq. ft section at a time.
