NorthPoint Construction Management provided a complete design/build package from start to finish for one of New England’s leading furniture stores. A newer location for the client and formerly a single story Lazy Boy Furniture location. NorthPoint worked closely with the owners to develop a plan to utilize the entire basement area of the existing store. Cutting thru the 6” thick concrete slab in order to provide the new layout with an elegant glass stairwell and elevator leading to the NEW finished lower level. This included, the latest Bernie & Phyl’s Sleep Center, a new bedroom department and entertainment centers.
