NorthPoint Construction Management provided a complete design/build package for one of New England’s leading furniture stores. The scope of work included a complete Remodel and demolition to their existing Clearance Center and Home Entertainment Department. We implemented the newest Bernie & Phyl’s Sleep Center and Bedding Department in addition to completing a new children’s Bedroom department on the second floor. Working closely with the managers for the Nashua location, NorthPoint strived to ensure that no area of the store could not be serviced or accessed by customers in order to not hinder or interrupt sales. The entire process took NorthPoint approx. 4 weeks to complete: the furniture giant was not only pleased with the final project but even more impressed at how quickly and uninterrupted the entire process was.
