NorthPoint Construction Management provided a complete renovation of two existing buildings to accommodate a new location for one of New England’s leading furniture stores. The scope of work included the extensive interior demolition of the existing structure as well as exterior facade renovation. The vacant building was brought up to code. The design concepts that NorthPoint developed in other locations were applied to the newest location in Natick. Additionally Bernie & Phyl’s is introducing their Metro Living Center, which offers a high end line of furniture to it’s customers.
