NorthPoint Construction Management provided a complete design/build renovation for one of New England’s leading furniture stores. With the help of local subcontractors, the Portland, Maine location required coordinated demolition of a prior Toys R Us store, including all abandoned racking on the sales floor and in their stock warehouse. NorthPoint replaced the grand storefront entry glazing, and completed an overhaul rennovation of interior spaces. The fit-up required expansive showroom spaces, a new state of the art sleep center, a themed kids' furniture showroom, and a cafe & bar! Bernie & Phyl's Furniture has been a repeat client since 2010.
