Project Details

This site is part of the Historic District Commission property- built in 1910. The property was most recently occupied by the American National Red Cross. NorthPoint completed this interior renovation to a 2 ½ story wood-frame building- keeping some original architecture while updating & making it ADA code compliant. Also renovated was a separate existing structure/garage to be referred to as the “Carriage House”, which was converted into a conference room with kitchenette & ADA compliant restroom and shower. This existing structure was built as a specialty building in the early 2000’s by the American National Red Cross to house emergency vehicles. Scope included construction of a connector between the two buildings with a stamped concrete patio and granite steps to the side yard.

A Word From Our Clients...

"There are no words to express how much we love NorthPoint Construction!  From the very beginning, the NorthPoint team was professional, detail oriented and invested in our project.  They have great integrity and pride in their work.  We are a nonprofit organization and as a result had budget restrictions. They were so respectful and creative in finding ways to make sure we met our financial goals without compromising quality.  We began construction just as COVID hit and NorthPoint still met our deadlines. Our building is absolutely gorgeous thanks to the hard work of Gary, Keri, and Steve. NorthPoint has become family to all of us at Bridges. We would give them the highest of  recommendations.  Bridges would never use another construction management company.”
