In collaboration with a client we've maintained for over 15 years - NorthPoint was tasked with the renovation and modernization of Carlisle Capital's Boston Office into a Class A office space. Class A distinction requires higher end finishes and luxury final spaces. The design incorporated floor to ceiling glass collaboration areas, integrated soffits with hidden lighting, specialty flooring, and waterfall solid surface countertops. Added to the exterior were fully soundproof windows to mitigate the outside noise coming from the ever-bustling Faneuil Hall in Boston's popular North End. Architectural features were both integrated and discovered throughout the course of this projects - including the uncovering of original 10'-0" ceilings hidden beneath a layer of drywall and a suspended ACT ceiling grid at 8'-6".
