This project was an interior office renovation in the Manchester Millyard District that consisted of hard offices, a kitchenette, a group work area, large conference room and a small conference room.
The project was started in March 2017 and completed in June 2017 within the project schedule.
The office space was designed to keep the Millyard character of the space (ie; original wood floors and original exposed brick). NorthPoint’s design blended the character of the building while bringing in contemporary and current features.
