Tsiaris Group hired NorthPoint for design/build interior fit-up for a new apartment building from a vacant building in downtown Manchester. Design included 9 apartments with support spaces and tenant storage. The apartments have three unique layouts which gives the building a boutique feel, with modern amenities and high-end finishes. The marble counters and carefully chosen finishes make this apartment building shine. In addition, this building has great views of adjacent Veterans park, close proximity to downtown attractions.
