NorthPoint was brought in to help Cinema Properties with the demolition of 12 existing movie theaters, concessions stand mezzanine and existing interior finishes to create an open warehouse and office area. NorthPoint worked on both the exterior and interior of the existing building to add front end offices, breakroom, and showroom spaces. Scope also required removal of the theater tiered seating and demising walls, pour a new concrete slab and modify the structure in order to create a clear span within the warehouse space for storage. Additionally, (3) new high speed overhead doors were installed for contractor trucks to be able to load and unload their materials inside. For an increase in demand and efficiency, a new addition was added containing (6) new loading dock bays was erected, along with 75ft ramps on each side for tractor trailer access.
