NorthPoint partnered with Fairway Electric to deliver a striking two-story steel office and warehouse facility in Wilton, NH. This design-build, ground-up construction project began in late 2024 and was completed by July 2025, overcoming extreme weather challenges through strategic planning and coordination.
Key milestones included winter steel erection, spring slab pours during tight weather windows, and temporary heating to maintain progress. The new facility features a new electrical service with pad mount transformer, new propane-fired emergency generator, new well water system, six 14’x16’ overhead doors to accommodate Fairway Electric Fleet and a custom office space that reflects Fairway Electric’s brand. The sleek steel build resulted in a visually impressive and structurally sound facility.
