NorthPoint was tasked by the Town of Hampstead to lead the fire station expansion project. This expansion included a ground-up design/build addition, along with multiple renovations to the existing building to give it a refreshed and updated look. The addition was designed to provide more space, allowing the station to maximize its entire facility and keep pace with the town’s growth and personnel needs.
The new addition introduced unique challenges, requiring a purposeful design that promotes functionality, flow, and a modern aesthetic. The exterior was refinished with a contemporary gray and white trim, bringing the fire station to life and creating a striking presence in the community.
