Project Details

This project consisted of a 2,575 sf tenant fit out to convert an existing commercial space into a hot yoga studio. The build-out included construction of a large yoga room designed to accommodate multiple classes, along with supporting spaces such as a reception area, retail display, locker/changing rooms, showers, restrooms, laundry & storage.

Work included specialty finishes appropriate for high-temperature and high-humidity environments. Mechanical systems were converted to incorporate specialized HVAC and heating equipment capable of maintaining elevated room temperatures required for hot yoga, along with humidity control delivering a functional and welcoming wellness environment for both staff and clients.
