NorthPoint worked with the client to update and upgrade their current restaurant. Overall layout and design work were done by NorthPoint to meet the needs of this expanding eatery. Sitework and a new foundation were needed to accommodate the new wood framed addition and remodel of this existing restaurant. New addition adds ample room for cooks and service staff to safely and efficiently serve guests. In addition to the expanded interior space a covered exterior seating area was added, which serves as an extension of the restaurants dining space and allows for outdoor dining during inclement weather and has proven to be price less during recent times. Roofing and exterior finishes were updated and ADA compliant access was gained with this new scope of work.
