This 120,000 sf building shell was constructed with a 38,500 sf mezzanine for a total floor space of 158,500sf. NorthPoint completed the building shell, site improvements, and tenant fit-up as a Design/Build and CM project. The new facility now houses LOCUS Robotics as their state of the art World Headquarters for R&D, manufacturing, shipping and world-wide support for their robotics clients. The work required demolition of two existing buildings that totaled 110,000 sf. The building features expansive 32’-0” clear height for any anticipated equipment or operational needs. Completion was scheduled for June 2024 and the project was completed on schedule and under budget.
