Long’s Jewelers was a new construction retail building that was designed specifically for the fine jewelers. NorthPoint erected an expansive steel structure throughout the winter season that eventually housed Long’s Jewelers, and other retail tenants. The team collaborated with architects and interior designers to create the luxury interior layout. This project required various restrictions and conformity to company standards, including brand signage, jewelry counters, seating areas, finishes, and security requirements.
