NorthPoint was contracted as Design/Builders for Massachusetts Dept. of Environmental Protection (DEP) to renovate an existing mill space into their business headquarters. This 35,000 sf space houses open work areas, offices, file / document storage, and training centers. Scope of work included addition of an ADA lift for accessibility, flooring and new dropped ceilings for the office spaces, and updated fire suppression and other MEP systems. NorthPoint coordinated the replacement of 72 aluminum framed windows and doors throughout the perimeter of the building, providing more energy efficient glazing to accompany the new MEP systems upgrades
