NorthPoint partnered closely with Massage & Wellness Collective to design a space that seamlessly supports both operational efficiency and holistic wellness. This tenant fit-up project was delivered as a full design-build, with thoughtful attention to both form and function.
The scope of work included system upgrades to boost performance and reliability, advanced soundproofing technologies to create a tranquil atmosphere, and minimalist, calming finishes designed to promote peace of mind and relaxation.
