NorthPoint Construction Management collaborated with architects to provide construction services for this project, ultimately offering a level of quality beyond Architect and owner expectation. The addition was completed on time and within a strict budget. Construction scope involved minor modifications to the existing 2,600 SF school house, as well as a 2-story wood and steel structure addition. The addition integrated an additional 11,000 SF footprint, and provided new multi-purpose classrooms, nursery and daycare, and preschool facilities. Teachers and students utilized the new facility for fine arts education in early January, 2008. The Congregation was so pleased with the project, the owners asked NorthPoint to provide construction and value engineering services for their proposed 5 year/ 6 million dollar master plan project for the Merrimack Baptist Community.
