Together with MDA Architecture, NorthPoint Construction Management completed a 5,500 sf interior and exterior renovation to Motorcycles of Manchester’s – Used Motorcycle Center making way for a brand new Indian Motorcycle Showroom. Tasked with delivering a welcoming, retro style showroom for Indian Motorcycles – the oldest name in American made motorcycles, NorthPoint Construction Management provided a comprehensive & detailed plan completing the project on time and on budget through harsh, historic winter conditions.

Full interior and exterior renovations include new structural framing for roof system, removal & replacement of existing roof & decking, HVAC overhaul with new RTU’s, upgraded electrical service with finish lighting, LGMF & GWB, aluminum storefront system with glazing, painting, E.I.F.S, doors, frames & hardware.
