Construction of a new state-of-the-art Curling Rink and renovation of the existing Pro-Shop was completed while business continues to function in normal day to day capacity. The project planned to be completed in two phases: April – November would complete the Curling Rink and then October to March for the Pro-Shop. This was an aggressive off season schedule to ensure completion for the Country Club's upcoming start to the golf season. NorthPoint coordinated with a company from Pennsylvania who specializes in ice making facilities. Unique HVAC controls were required to regulate the constant temperature and maintain quality of the ice surface.
