NorthPoint partnered with Dr. Becht and his team at Nashua Dentistry & Orthodontics for Children to support their growth and relocation into a new, state-of-the-art dental office. This fast-paced tenant fit-up project required careful coordination to meet the City of Nashua’s inspection schedule and the client’s targeted end-of-August opening date.

Through diligent planning, coordination, and execution, the NorthPoint team successfully delivered the project on schedule, allowing the practice just one week to transition from its existing facility into the new space while minimizing operational downtime. The final week of the project was especially demanding, as the NorthPoint team worked tirelessly to secure the Certificate of Occupancy, coordinate the relocation of dental equipment, oversee the move from the existing office, and assist with equipment testing and setup. These efforts ensured the practice was fully operational and ready to welcome patients the following Monday without delay.

Custom architectural casework was installed throughout the facility, creating a bright, welcoming, and whimsical environment designed to make children feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits. The thoughtfully designed space fosters a positive and engaging experience for patients and families alike while supporting the practice’s operational needs.
