A tenant expansion/relocation into larger space (moved from 1st floor the 4th floor). NorthPoint worked with the client to create a progressive, cutting edge environment for business. There are approximately 25 employees. Some of the specialties included in this project are Tri-sliding glass conference doors, think paint wall systems, recessed taped in light fixtures and luxury vinyl tile. It is an open concept, laid back vibe that allows the client to focus in a think tank while feeling like they are at home. This project was completed on schedule.
