This interior fit up transformed an existing manufacturing facility into a State of the Art Audi/Porsche Service and Detail Center. This upscale design included 10 new service bays, each with fully automated oil, washer fluid, anti-freeze dispensing systems, and “Euro-Vent” CO exhaust systems. Also included in the scope of work was 4 new detail bays, and installation of a fully-automated, interior car wash. The car wash required new trench drains, 500-gallon grease interceptor, 2500-gallon reclaim tank for waste water, and a reverse osmosis system. The front-end offices were renovated to include staff locker/shower rooms, rest rooms, break room, training areas, and administrative offices. The service area also includes a fully-enclosed, rotating photo booth for staff to photograph the luxury vehicles serviced here.
