NorthPoint was proud to partner with Nashua Motor Sports Realty, LLC, Porsche North America, and Praxis 3 to deliver a premier Porsche Gen 5 service center and dealership located at 9 Northeastern Boulevard in Nashua, NH. To prepare the site, NorthPoint completed a full demolition of the existing Holiday Inn Hotel, followed by extensive sitework including new drainage systems and sewer easement improvements. Over the course of approximately 22 months, NorthPoint constructed a state-of-the-art, two-story, 52,259 SF facility—now home to the largest Porsche dealership in New England. The project was delivered at a cost of just over $25 million, excluding demolition expenses. This cutting-edge facility features: a net metering solar roof, 18 car service bay lifts, a tire carousel and alignment bay, high-tech parts equipment systems and over 20 dedicated offices for sales and administrative staff.
Pushing new standards in dealership design and sustainability, Porsche Gen 5 of Nashua is actively pursuing LEED Gold certification, reinforcing its commitment to environmental responsibility and operational excellence.
