Proctor Ski is a retail client who looked to NorthPoint for an addition onto their iconic existing red barn log building in Nashua, NH. Our team was also tasked with the design and construction of a second floor over their existing building footprint, which needed to maintain adherence to the building’s existing exterior design and tie in to the new addition. One of NorthPoint’s highest priorities was to preserve interior height requirements, allowing proper sale displays for skis, snowboards, and other outdoor equipment. The new addition included restrooms, new showroom/retail display area, an equipment repair service area and HVAC / Electrical building system updates.
