The interior improvements contribute to a more streamlined and inviting customer experience including; floor to ceiling glass offices, new floors, updated millwork, ceilings and unique feature walls. NorthPoint completed the project in four total phases beginning with staff restrooms and support areas. Following phases began the renovation of the drive-thru and teller stations, private bank officials' offices, conference/meeting rooms. The fourth and final phase completed the branch's lobby and entry area. This phased approach allowed the branch to remain fully operational throughout the entire course of construction.
