NorthPoint played a pivotal role in helping our client create a space that authentically reflects their brand’s message and atmosphere. This project was not only a design-build it also involved close collaboration with Seacoast Orthopedics on architectural planning to develop a natural, functional layout tailored to their needs.
The scope of work included multiple system upgrades, structural modifications to accommodate two large window openings, custom millwork with detailed craftsmanship and high-end finishes throughout. The finished product showcases the exceptional quality and standards NorthPoint is known for. This newly renovated tenant fit-up was delivered on time and designed with cleanable materials that meet the client’s environmental standards, resulting in a space that is both beautiful and practical.
