The Cart Barn at Sky Meadow is a brand new structure to house the electric golf carts used on the course, all previously stored in the clubhouse basement. This project included the new 5,580 sf structure, as well as expansive site work to modify an existing unused parking lot to adhere to local codes for the new building. Inside the Cart Barn is open space and electric chargers for over 90 carts to be driven through overhead door exits on either end. This Barn acts as a raceway for the constantly revolving use of carts. The space includes rentable Golf Bag storage for members, a club repair room, and tee-time check in office.
