The Patio at Sky Meadow was renovated in two steps to create an inviting outdoor bar and dining area from an under-utilized existing patio. The scope included bringing a new stamped concrete pad with fireplace AND center firepit for outdoor dining and lounging, requiring electric and gas lines to be extended across the patio for new outdoor lighting and heated fire elements. The brand new patio bar and adjacent food prep area occupied empty space beneath the overhanging restaurant above, continuing Sky Meadow's access to delicious food and drinks throughout the campus. Custom built millwork was designed and installed behind the bar, accompanied by premium tile and quartz countertop throughout. The Patio is protected during inclement weather by four automatic rolling shutters to enclose the entire space.
