This design/build 79,000 SF warehouse/office fit-up for Teradyne, Inc and their subsidiary Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) was completed in six months. Notably, this newly renovated facility for MiR’s regional hub supports development, engineering, integration and development of autonomous mobile robots used in industrial settings. In addition, this site aids Teradyne’s global headquarters with logistics and freight of their systems-level test solutions. The MEP scope of work was heavily engineered with newly designed electrical and HVAC systems, along side fire protection, fire alarms and plumbing design coordination.
