Project Details

NorthPoint worked alongside an architect and interior designer to construct this 140+ seat restaurant that resembles the style and character of the Crown Theater. Beautiful custom tile and millwork captured the unique quality of the vintage space. NorthPoint worked through permitting processes and obtained all necessary approvals for the construction of the restaurant, as well as the unique marquee signage. The design and construction team collaborated throughout the entire process to ensure design met functionality and provided high-end dining space and gourmet commercial kitchen. Exterior patio seating hosts an additional 110 people for further culinary enjoyment.

The Crown Tavern wins Manchester Historic Association's 26th Annual Historic Preservation Award.
