NorthPoint worked with the owner to complete this tenant fit-up on time for upcoming dance season. The project was to turn an existing retail space into a dance studio. Interior demolition and trenching of existing concrete floor were done to allow for plumbing and other alterations. Five new state-of-the-art dance studios were constructed, with support spaces and a large multipurpose lounge . Industry standard Marley dance flooring was installed throughout the new classrooms.
