Tri-K Industries is a manufacturing facility specializing in specialty proteins, natural actives, and multi-functional peptides critical to the 
cosmetic industry. With their relocation from Salem, NH, Tri-K has expanded their overall manufacturing space by nearly double while 
allowing room for future growth. NorthPoint’s task was to reconfigure their existing maze of process piping that had been reconfigured many times over the last 20+ years into a new and orderly line of vessels, equipment, and piping that would allow ease of modification and growth in the long run. A new steel mezzanine structure central to the manufacturing space allows ease of access while the elaborate runway of process piping creates a clean, safe, and organized work environment. In addition, NorthPoint also constructed an entire rear mezzanine and front office space for administration and sales, employee space, conference and training areas, and laboratories for proper testing and quality control of manufactured product.
