Ultimate Bimmer and NorthPoint came together to repurpose and renovate an existing building to accommodate their automotive needs. This project consisted of re-fitting the existing building and adding 6325 SF, giving a total of 10,354 SF to utilize. The larger space now allows Ultimate Bimmer to be up to date with the highest automotive technology. The building now consists of a state-of-the-art drive through service including Hunter Hawkeye quick check drive, 9 vehicle service bays with workstations and rotary lifts, an alignment bay with state-of-the-art Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment systems and 2 in house wash bays. The waiting area was updated with a display area providing their high-end BMW clientele with an expansive view into the service bays. Keeping the high clientele and standards in mind, specialty materials were including within the finishes. Argelith tile from Germany was installed with radiant flooring throughout the building, and environmentally friendly waste oil burners to properly dispose of the hazard automotive waste.
