NorthPoint was honored to be invited to assist with updates to this historic church, which has stood for nearly 200 years. Recognizing the need to better accommodate its congregation, the project focused on thoughtful renovations that preserved the buildings’ character while enhancing accessibility. Achieving a seamless connection between the existing structure and the new addition required precise planning and execution to ensure minimal/no change in floor level. The scope included the construction of a new passenger elevator, ADA-compliant restrooms and entrance, as well as new office spaces. Projects like this hold a special place for NorthPoint — not only for their simplicity, but for the lasting beauty and value they bring to the community.

Bi-weekly meetings led by project manager Keri Martin were run efficiently and were very informative. Our questions and concerns were always acknowledged and responded to in a timely manner. Amazingly, NorthPoint's approach to construction allowed our Sunday services to continue without interruption through the course of the 9-month construction period.”
