Project Details

NorthPoint completed a renovation of the entire second-floor rehabilitation wing, including corridors, resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, kitchenette spaces, and occupational therapy facilities. The project involved removing and replacing all existing carpet flooring with 
new durable, healthcare-grade finishes throughout the wing. Renovations included upgrading 16 resident bedrooms and bathrooms with modern ADA-compliant fixtures, finishes, and accessibility features to meet current healthcare and life-safety regulations. 

Additional improvements included the renovation of the dining room, resident kitchenette, and occupational therapy gym, featuring a mock apartment kitchen designed to help residents regain daily living skills, build strength, and increase independence prior to returning 
home. The upgraded rehabilitation environment supports therapy, recovery, and resident wellness while enhancing safety, comfort, and functionality throughout the facility.
