This beautifully transformed Victorian Yacht Club condominium association, located on the waterfront in Gilford, NH needed a significant face-lift, and NorthPoint was selected to bring the vision to life. The project involved updating the existing cedar shake siding with durable vinyl siding while carefully preserving the building’s original Victorian character and architectural integrity. As construction progressed, the team uncovered several areas of significant structural deterioration caused by rot and damaged support systems. These unexpected 
conditions required additional scope to properly address the structural defciencies. NorthPoint responded quickly, implementing the necessary repairs while ensuring the building remained true to its original design and was strengthened for many years of future use.

The completed renovation restored the property’s beauty while significantly improving its long-term durability and performance. The condominium association was especially appreciative of NorthPoint’s communication throughout the project, particularly regarding the unforeseen structural discoveries and the solutions developed to address them.
