Keri Owen began her career in 2006, and has been with NorthPoint since 2010. She brings over 12 years of architectural design and construction experience specializing in new construction, tenant fit-ups, renovations and historic restoration/preservation. She has worked alongside licensed architects and engineers designing hospitality, assisted living facilities, multi-family residences, medical, educational, and various commercial projects utilizing multiple types of construction materials and methods. Keri majored in architecture at the Boston Architectural College and is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
At NorthPoint, Keri is responsible for architectural and interior design, and project management. She utilizes AutoCAD and Sketchup to prepare 3D schematic designs and produces architectural and structural construction documents with an in-depth code review analysis narrative. As a project manager, Keri is responsible for the coordination, schedule, budget management and overall development of the entire project from preconstruction to project completion. Responsibilities include producing project schedules, managing the bidding process, reviewing qualifying bids and procurement of subcontracts, submittal and shop drawing review, as well as processing and coordination of change orders and owner requisitions. Keri directly coordinates with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure project operations are in compliance with design specifications and adhere to project schedule and budget.
