Lisa Langenfeld

Lisa joined the NorthPoint Construction team in 2016. Her background as a property/casualty insurance producer focusing on the construction industry brings valuable knowledge to the team. Prior to joining NorthPoint, Lisa holds many years in office administration. Her proficiency and attention to detail make her a valuable asset to the day to day operations. Lisa’s responsibilities range from assisting the office staff with accounting and purchasing to the project manager’s daily schedules.

She maintains all insurance and contractual documentation for NorthPoint and maintains our databases for subcontract and project information. Lisa is responsible for company-wide reconciliation of expense accounts, with keen attention to detail. She assists in the development of AIA contracts for client record, and helps with project organization in ProCore. Lisa’s experience in both administrative professions and the construction industry offer detail-oriented approach that brings efficiency within the project team.
