Sarah Geehan kicked off her career working in the construction industry in 2014, and began working with NorthPoint in 2020 as an Assistant Project Manager. She is currently pursuing a degree in Operations and Project Management through SHNU. Prior to starting with NorthPoint, Sarah was a Construction Management Coordinator for a Veteran-Owned Small Business that specialized in completing construction work for the U.S. dept of Veteran Affairs and The Army Corp of Engineers. Sarah also specialized in the onboarding and training of site supervisors and training new employees in jobsite safety protocol. She worked closely with project schedules utilizing Oracle Primavera P6 and assisted with overall project documentation and administrative duties such as subcontract documents, daily reports, and payroll.
As an Assistant Project Manager at NorthPoint, Sarah continues her expertise in project coordination by taking on responsibility for the management of subcontracts, project bid scopes, change orders, contractual paperwork, and overall project organization. She works closely with the Project Management team from early pre-construction phases throughout project completion to assess subcontractor and client needs with respect to each project’s budget, and schedule.
