Scott attended the Boston Architectural College where he completed the architecture program and holds a Non-Profit real estate development certificate from Southern New Hampshire University. Early in his career, Scott served as partner with a commercial & residential masonry contracting firm for more than ten years managing business development and estimating activities as well as the direction of the overall profitability and success of the organization. Scott has previous experience serving as a senior project manager for a non-profit real estate development group, and as a commercial construction project manager completing numerous medical, educational, municipal and elderly/multi-family construction projects for major general contractors throughout the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Scott joined NorthPoint’s team in 2009, bringing a vast knowledge of construction from the perspective of a tradesman. Scott’s hands-on experience allowed him to bring a realistic perspective to the design and construction of his projects. As a project executive, Scott is responsible for overseeing the progress of projects and offering expertise and guidance to the design team and project managers. He also utilizes his knowledge to assist in obtaining new clients, providing insight into the budgeting and scheduling processes, and business development. From design/build and construction management endeavors to real estate development/asset management and building design services, Scott consistently leads multi-discipline teams in the successful completion of a wide range of project typologies.
