Project Details

This project was challenging due to the age and current use of the existing building. Having previously been a hockey rink for many years, it was converted to a multi-tenant building acting as the corporate headquarters for Planet Fitness and NH Seacoast franchise location for Chuck E. Cheese. The amount of demolition work to become a single end-user was very difficult, along with ADA requirement for customers. A 2.5 stop elevator was installed, along with opening up the second floor for exposed mezzanines, making the store feel much larger than the building’s actual square footage, offering ample display space for furniture.
